If you're a solo agent or small agency handling 10-20 trips per month, the Pro plan (€20/user/month with 50 AI trips) is perfect. For DMCs or agencies with higher volume (50+ trips/month), the DMC plan (€30/user/month with 200 AI trips) offers better value. Enterprise is for multi-location agencies or those needing custom integrations.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), debit cards, and SEPA direct debit for European customers. Enterprise customers can also pay via invoice with NET 30 terms.
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade anytime from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately, and you'll be prorated for the remaining billing period. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you're not satisfied within the first 14 days, contact support for a full refund—no questions asked. After 14 days, we don't offer refunds, but you can cancel anytime to avoid future charges.
Your trial gives you full access to Pro features for 14 days (DMC: 30 days). When it ends, you'll be automatically subscribed to your chosen plan and charged. If you don't want to continue, simply cancel before the trial ends—you won't be charged anything.
Yes! Enterprise plans include complimentary white-glove data migration—we handle everything for you. Pro and DMC customers can add data migration as a one-time service (€500-1500 depending on data complexity and volume). We'll migrate your existing trip templates, customer data, and accommodations.
