What is the right plan for me?
Hobby (free) is perfect for testing or personal use with up to 3 active offers. Pro (€49/month) suits solo travel designers with unlimited offers. Team (€129/month for 3 users) is ideal for agencies needing CRM and collaboration features. Network (€399/month for 5 users) is built for DMCs who distribute offers to partner agencies. Additional users cost €29/month each.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), debit cards, and SEPA direct debit for European customers. Network plan customers can also pay via invoice with NET 30 terms.
Can I change plans later?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade anytime from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately, and you'll be prorated for the remaining billing period. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you're not satisfied within the first 14 days, contact support for a full refund—no questions asked. After 14 days, we don't offer refunds, but you can cancel anytime to avoid future charges.
What happens after my trial ends?
Your 14-day trial gives you full access to Pro features. When it ends, you'll be automatically subscribed to your chosen plan and charged. If you don't want to continue, simply cancel before the trial ends—you won't be charged anything.
Do you help with data migration?
Yes! White-glove migration is available starting at €490 (one-time). It's included FREE with annual Team or Network plans. We'll migrate your existing customer data, trip templates, and accommodations—including data cleanup and duplicate checking.
How does the automation work?
When requests arrive, the system automatically analyzes them and prepares draft proposals in the background. Nothing gets sent until you review and approve it. You control the final output—the system just accelerates the research and preparation work that used to take hours.
What does Fair Use Policy mean?
All plans include generous AI usage limits designed for daily professional use. We don't nickel-and-dime you with per-trip charges. If you're using Tourvy for its intended purpose (creating travel proposals), you'll never hit the limits. Heavy commercial use beyond normal operations may require Network plan.
